By accessing and using Secret Collection BD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Products and Services

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before products are shipped. As we provide premium imported items to our customers we make sure products are at the highest quality and standards.

We prefer advance payment of the products, to make sure proper coordination and everything keeping journey smooth for our customers.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. Our domestic products takes 1-2 days to deliver inside Dhaka, for outside Dhaka it's 3-5 days maximum if the products are available and confirmed by us. 

For our premium imported items, we deliver our imported items within 15-20 days usually! As we directly import from China, UK, USA of premium Suppliers & brands around the world to give you the best quality premium Women's inner wears & Western collections.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Limitation of Liability

Secret Collection BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
